Founder story
A lifetime of clinical adaptation, mentorship, and aesthetic excellence.
Valentina Hadland's work in aesthetic medicine began through surgical mentorship and grew into a national education practice built on hands-on training.
Why Valentina
The credibility is not decorative. It is the foundation.
Valentina Hadland entered aesthetic medicine through Dr. Norman Hugo, Chief of Plastic Surgery at Columbia Hospital in New York City, and spent 17 years as his private nurse. She has worked in aesthetics for 20 years, served as a national educator for Aesthetic Skin Institute, and trained thousands of physicians, dentists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and registered nurses in advanced aesthetic techniques.
Her premise for Esthetic Models is direct: comprehensive aesthetic medicine requires live clinical experience, mentorship, and collaboration. Injecting a face is different, and that difference deserves a more careful training pathway.

Growth and excellence are the through-line.
At 68 years old, what I've learned along the way is that the healthcare landscape, like life itself, is continually changing, from managing multi-million dollar hospital budgets to developing profitable joint ventures. My focus has always been on adapting, strengthening skills, and embracing new opportunities.
And it is a lesson I want to share with you today that it is never too late to learn something new, to pursue a new goal, or to shift your trajectory. Throughout my career, I have seen firsthand how continuous education and dedication open up doors, whether it's training clinicians in advanced aesthetics or revitalizing a family-owned business.
The common thread is a relentless commitment to growth and excellence. To the graduates here today, as you move forward, whether into your careers, further education, or personal pursuits, remember that your capacity to learn and to adapt remains limitless.
